Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with BeTheCause! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking details once it is dispatched.

Shipping Within India

- Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch
- Express Delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch (available at checkout for select pin codes)

Free standard shipping is available for all orders.

International Shipping

We currently ship within India only. International shipping will be available soon.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on the courier's website.

Delays

While we always aim to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or courier issues. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@bethecause.info.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item and email us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
